UNTUK AMAL/CHARITY

 

Prangko Amal yaitu prangko yang penerbitannya dimaksudkan untuk menghimpun dana bagi kepentingan amal dan dijual dengan harga tambahan. Pendapatan dari hasil penjualan prangko ini setelah dikurangi dengan harga prangko, ongkos pembuatan dan ongkos lainnya kemudian disumbangkan kepada suatu badan amal yang telah ditetapkan oleh Pemerintah.
Prangko peringatan, prangko istimewa, dan prangko amal masa jualnya di kantor pos terbatas yaitu selama tahun penerbitan ditambah 2 tahun, sedangkan masa berlakunya selama tahun penerbitan ditambah lima tahun.
Apakah begitu juga untuk Sampul Hari Pertama untuk amal ? justru saya belum mendapatkan informasi mengenai latar belakang penerbitan Sampul Hari pertama ini.


Charity postage stamps publication is intended to raise funds for charitable purposes and are sold at an additional price. Revenue from the sale of these stamps after deducting the postage, the cost of manufacture and other fees then donated to a charity that has been set by the Government.

Commemorative stamps, special stamps, and charity stamps at the post office selling time limited that during the year of publication plus 2 years, while the validity period for the year of publication plus five years.

Is it so well for the First Day Cover for charity? I just do not get background information for this First Day Cover issuence.
